Not speaking to your specific case but if a child is genotypically simple virilising (SVCAH)  - which your child is not; then without treatment clitoral enlargement is severe. These are often the cases of 'male' adults in the past who on autopsy were found to be female, having lived their (often shortened) lives as a male.

Clitoral enlargement is not the only virilising that happens. It is almost total. Beard, voice, body hair distribution, muscle distribution etc etc.

I don't think you have that to worry about!
