If you have CAH, your wife should be tested to see if she is a carrier. If she is than your children will have a 50% chance of having CAH and 50% chance of being a carrier for CAH. If your wife is NOT a carrier than your children will have a 0% chance of having CAH and a 100% chance of being a carrier. Good luck, Julia
