Adrenalectomy??

So I have SWCAH and I am tired of these damn steroids. The doctor keeps increasing my dose and still can't keep my levels in control...and I take my pills on time everyday...so compliance isn't an issue. I have been told that one would require a lot less steroids with an adrenalectomy. Does anyone have any knowledge on this topic? I've got an appointment tomorrow so I am trying to prep myself with a strong argument.
