Yes - we have just recently experienced weight gain in our 17 year old son after changing to dexamethazone. He has always been very skinny and after changing to dex I believe he put on 20 pounds in just a few months. However, he was also over medicated and ended up with his dex dose cut in half. Once that occurred his appetite seemed to go back to normal but still has most of the weight gain.
How much weight gain did you experience? What did your Dr. say?
