It doesn't really matter why you are asking this, the problem is that you seem ignorant to the fact that a large clitoris IS NOT a penis!!!
It might well be exactly the same anatomically, but believe me, if you were a female with CAH then you most certainly would not want to be told that you had a penis!!!
I find your ignorance quite offensive as I have CAH too. I only hope you don't go telling your niece that she has a penis!!!
