The vaginal surgery needs to happen, no dispute there. Regarding the cosmetic changes that they recommend: The "feeling" part of a surgical outcome cannot be considered successful until years later. So just give it lots of thought before you consent to a cosmetic change of the clitoris. Be sure that you understand what they are going to do. Or if you wait, maybe your daughter can decide about it for herself when she is old enough.
