All or most insurances do not cover invitro no matter what kind of condition people have. We paid all out of pocket. My sister in laws insurance covered her pregnancy and then when she had our kids our kids were automatically covered under ours as soon as they were born.

I haven't found much either. If I remember how to find the article from Univ. Wisconsin Madison Children's hospital I will let you know. I had a pediatric endocrinologist as a kid by the name of Dr. Tuffli.
