I don't have any advice, just sympathy. I have posted before about my libido on the LOCAH board. Things have gotten better because of the Dex I'm taking, but my testosterone levels probably won't ever be "normal." Since I'm not in a relationship, this is definitely something I struggle with. Not willing to increase my Dex because of side effects I've had at higher doses. I also have a significantly enlarged clitoris. But what can you do?
