Please keep in mine that there are other things besides CAH that may cause infertility like undiagnosed thyroid issues.
Many with CAH have one or to children that they gave birth to but many people without CAH can't give birth either.
Please consider having your daughter visit a Reproductive Endocrinologist.
It's not really the surgeries that play a part in being pregnant but that might be something to consider for birth by way of Censerian section because of the narrow canal ...what matters is blood work.
