Not the answer you want but please consider my post.
This is their medical condition and they aren't required to tell their friends.
We are made to endure surgery but we don't have to tell people about CAH if we don't want to.
Why on earth would you make a 9 and 11 year old tell their friends about CAH? they will tell people when they are ready or want to.
Please don't put this type of pressure on girls this age.
