To be honest I'm 26 years old and I didn't start talking about it with my friends until about 6 months ago. I didn't want to talk about it, my parents didn't push it. I have not had an adrenal crisis since I was 9 so it was fairly easy to ignore the fact that I had something wrong with me except I took pills in the morning and at night. All of my friends knew I took medicine but had no clue why. I have been married for 4 years and though my husband does know about it I just really started telling him about it when we started talking about having kids. When they are ready they will talk about it. Amy
