Some girls with CAH don't really need the clitoris surgery done until they decide they want to. if u are only somewhat larger than normal u might actually grow into it somewhat ive read. Obviously i don't know what i looked like down there when i was born but i was told my clitoris was REALLY enlarged. I'm not really sure if i look "normal" down there now after the surgery. i haven't really seen anyone else "down there" that closely. but nothing looks really adnormal from what i see. ive told of my close girl friends about my CAH, surgeries & my problems. they have always been there to compfort me. I'm sure i will find a loving & understanding guy someday that will accept me for who i am. Besides i don't think most men understand the female anatomy enough to even notice slight differences. LoL I'm always told what a great personality i have & how cute i am cuz i'm so small. (5'2 112lbs). LOL. I play college basketball & softball & i'm about graduate this semester. My CAH has been successfully controlled my whole life. ive never had any problems ever. The older u get the easier it is. Good luck with your daughter surgery. I'm sure advances in medicine today have made it much easier on patients as opposed to 20yrs ago.
