It was so good to read about someone's experiences with past surgery. When I first came on the board and read Betsy's views, it made me feel the worst mom in the world for putting my child through surgery. My reasons for the surgery was to protect my child from cruel jibes and to prevent her getting messed up in the head like Truth said. I used to get quite depressed reading Betsy's views. It was refreshing to hear Truth saying she's glad she had it done, despite other problems. Thanks for your honest views.
