I'm sorry that you ended up with no/little feeling as I was told that of course this isn't the case anymore.
I'm sorry that it seems like no one is there supporting you with this out in the world.

I know the feeling of being just given the smallest dilator as an adult and it just doesn't work and I also know the violating feeling of the surgeon dilating me with his finger as an 11 year old.
Don't let a guy treat you with disrespect because of these surgeries. (I've been there to)
I'm hesitant to write anymore but lots of what you wrote is familair to me.
Here is to coping the best you can.
I can tell you what helps me a little with the vaginal stenosis (narrow canal) but only if you want me to as I tend to get verbally bashed sooner or later for telling my experiences.
