Sorry I'm not Pat!

You made a statement in a post below that said: "I feel like a second rate female who is faking trying to fit"  and as a CAH female it immediately rang bells for me!

One example (and there are many more): I recall several times being invited out by groups of women (different women, different times - woman who I love and respect and vice versa) for lunch and a movie or some 'window shopping' looking in lace shops or pretty, pretty shops and I feel so out of place inside myself. I do all the right motions and say the right things but inside feel fake - like they'll find out any minute I really aren't 'one of them'.....I simply hate shopping to start with....however give me a hardware superstore anyday and that's tolerable!

No romance novels for me. Love mowing the lawns, digging holes. Cleaning the cars - haven't quite come to tinkering with the mechanical side much, although I used to hang around 'under the bonnet' with my dad and learnt a lot!

The list goes on, but I'm sure most non-cah women who come to this board will feel exactly the same way as me, so I'm sure there is no CAH connection!!! Absolutely no connection with being bathed in male hormones for months and years! TIC!
