Annalise - how can it be 100% certain that you will have a child with CAH? Do you and your husband both have CAH? It's 100% for certain that if one of you have it that your children will be carriers - but only 1 in 4 chance that they will have CAH if one of you has CAH/is a carrier and the other is a carrier.
