Hello,

The first time may/may not hurt for any girl.
But if you have CAH/SWCAH/LOCAH (I think for LOCAH) then you may need to talk to your doctor about whether you are too small at this time. In your case, it may be that as a result of CAH or other factors, you may need to either a) consider surgery or b) consider using a dilator to increase the size of your opening. It's not necessary to talk to your parents about it, but you may want to ask them if any procedures were done when you were an infant. I would talk to my doctor anyways just to see if there may be any problems, infections, etc.
