It seems to be based off of the severity of the CAH as well. I am a severe salt waster using Hydrocortisone. Others may not be as effected. I am going to an endocrinology specialist from The University of Penn in Philadelphia, Pa June 24th. I am going to ask her about it and see what her thoughts are about the subject.
