Guess I just dont understand the "problem"   I know two women with this condition or as I prefer to say, this gift. 

As the saying goes, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"  

As long as it is not a medical problem I dont understand why it is such a concern or source of embarassment as I have heard mentioned here.

We are all different and have different size body parts.
