I have a 3 months old baby with cah,he is taking hidrocortisone 3 times a day,they diagnosed cah to him when he was 20 days old,my husband and i are concern about his health and more than anything if he will have a normal life in order that he si taking medication so little and have to take it for life.Is any possibility that my child can have a normal life?.Can any other member of our family have cahon the future,i mean can this disease be a hereditary disease?,please i would appreciate if any body can help us this is very important to us.Specially cause we have more childrens and the family is very concern about it.My son don't secret cortisol and they said it will be hard to heal whenever he get sick or injured and also they said that he can get in shock and be very ill,i'm terrified that something could happen to my little baby boy.I really will appreciate your help .Thank you very much.
