Dear Jody and Corri, I have two kids with this 12 and 8 you learn just to react real fast when they get the flu. It's better to give the shot sooner than later or you end up in the hopital on IV. But that's ok usually within an hour of the injection and the iv they snap out of it. looking forward my kids are great kids and no one knows they have a problem unless we tell them. Watch the diet, after about 5 my kids got chubby, it;s hard to give up fast food, just never start it!!!!1 you think it would't happen to my kids but then one day it can sneak up on you, be pro active. also don't ignore the bone age tests they are immportant. Find a endo doctor who has several cah kids. it they don't have a long list, find a new doctor. it is special experience to treat these kids, The right meds is the important key, and a mom and dad who watch details
