I can't really help you, but I just wanted to tell you that you are a wonderful sister to come on here to try to understand your brother. I have a 14 month old SWCAH son so I can't really tell you anything to help you. But I can tell you that people with CAH need the support and understanding of their family. Not alot of family members go as far as you...to go looking for information. Your brother is lucky to have you for a sister. I'm sure someone on this board will try to help you, just keep checking back.
