I have lived wit CAH for my whole life i am now 16 and u just get used to the fact.It does get tricky when you stay at a friends house and you have to bring the tablets with you cause then you have to explain why you need them and they dont. It gets easier so DONT WORRY!! The tablets just become part of every day life and you get used to taking them. The good thing is no one knows that you have it by looking at you so there is no need to tell any one about it if you dont want to. you are just as normal as every one else.
