Hi I'm Del I'm nine years old and I have CAH. I had it since I was a baby. Yes my weight has changed since I started taking the medicine. It goes up and down and it changes whenI have growth spurts and then my doctor adjusts my dose. Playing sports helps, I play baseball and I've played for five years. Since I'm still growing I have to watch my weight and eat well. I try not to eat a lot of sugar. I'm the same height as you, and weigh 93 pounds. Your symptoms will probably get better now that you have been diagnosed and you'll start taking medicine. Are you on Cortef? I have the salt wasting type, do you know if that's what you have? Do you crave alot of salty foods? It's common to crave them, but I don't. If you found out earlier you had CAH and were treated, you might be taller because I know the condition untreated can effect your height. Ask you doctor a bunch of questions. I hope this helps you.
