Hey, wow, I know what you are going through. My brother has CAH too and he is pretty much the same way. The only thing that I can say is to keep him laughing. Be there when he needs to talk. And if he tells you that he is going to die, don't be mean about it. Just nicely ask him to stop saying it and that he shouldn't always be living life around that.
