My parents didn't really sit me down and tell me 'chloe you hav cah bluh bluh bluh...' because i visited the doctors and things i started asking questions and when i got older i started realising changes between friends etc so i guess i sort of worked my way into knowin but you may feel more comfortable telling her but do it when she understands=]
