I was checking this board out for my kids and had to respond. We were of course in shock= when we had our first daughter and found she had CAH. We were certain that we wouldn't have another child. But after getting used to the routine; the medication, the salt, the extra check-ups; we were fairly comfortable having our second child. When she was still in the womb, we determined through genetic testing that she also would be a CAH kid. I remember being upset for about five minutes, then life went on, we had our second daughter, and now they can act as their own support systems!
