hi my name is quinn and acually i used to take them and dont worry about it at all it is a piece of cake! i did it right before i went to bed and i did it myself cause it was that easy! i cant even see the needle! i was diagnosed with CAH at the age of 5 and now i am off medicine and i am 14 years old and just making sure i am a girl lol! dont worry about a thing u will do great!
