I was moody and lashed out at my parents when i was younger, i also got very bad headaches that made me ill, this was due to the fact i had bad level control and my levels were all over the place and my body wasn't well. When i was 11/12 my levels changed because of puberty and the headaches dissapeared and i was no longer moody(my parents were happy that i didn't have anger problems anymore lol). About the periods, well i had soladex injections for a year when i was 10(til i was 11) to slow down puberty and make sure my periods didn't start so that i got all the growth i could get (which ended up me growing an extra 4 inches which was worth the big, thick needle i had to have in my stomach 12 times), i was told after i stopped these injections that i would start my periods within 3-6 months.....I'm sure you can guess....the period didn't come....so that was followed by lots of tests and doctors accusing me of not taking my medication...my levels were sky high and they said the reason my periods weren't starting was because i had too much testosterone in my body. After 2 1/2 YEARS! of medication changes, tests, meetings with doctors, the lot i was put on dex, before that i was on hydrocortisone which was the best side effects wise but wasn't helping my levels, this was followed by prednisolone which i HATED because i gained so much weight and got stretchmarks and even depression and still my levels were sky high! Again i was accused of not taking my medication! At this time i was destressed and angry and upset, and i did something stupid.....This made the doctors see how depressed i was and they called in a different doctor....and guess what she did her job! i was put on dex and after tests and dose control my period started 2 months later and i've been having regualr periods for a year now!( 4 years after i started soladex) and my stretchmarks are fading and the weights now fine and depression gone! Maybe your daughters levels are too high OR too low for her period to start and also she is still young, her period may not start til she is 16! I found though once my friends started their periods( i go to a girls school so we're all very open about 'girly issues' lol) it brought my period on. Also if they can't get your daughters period to start she can go on the pill (usually, this is given when they're 14ish) which will regulate her period etc. I wouldn't worry about her period yet though( i can talk, i cried because mine hadn't started!) once she gets them she'll moan about them lol. if you have any questions ask away, i've just come from years of worry etc so im happy to help anyone:)(
