hi tamara. i dont know much about late onset of cah. you said two of your aunts had cah and one found out when she was pregnant, was the other one born with it? dehydration can be dangerous you just need to make sure you keep you fluids up and mayby keep some lollies on you for when your sugar levels get low. it does make it hard when no one seems to understand what cah is, but remember you are just as normal as any of your friends and dont let cah hinder your life. hope to talk to you soon.
