Sounds like she is late onset. If her genitalia were normal at birth and she has made it this far, probably late onset. Age 5 is better than not knowing til age 10! Has she grown very rapidly- tall for her age now? She could be late onset or simple virilizing, or kind of somewhere in between.... I wish the best for you!! Find out everything you can.
