It really all depends on what the purpose of your surgery is for, as to whether or not it will change things for either good or for worse when it comes to sex. I would advise letting at least your endo know that you are sexually active and then it may make all of this a little easier to understand. They may be able to tell u what u can do to make it better and that type of thing.
