re: Giving Medication to Toddler Mar. 10th, 2008 9:55pm
Hi Diana,
I was told by my endo to give the tablets crushed with water from day dot so that they can get use to the taste, so we have not had that problem it was more so my youngest just decided she didnt want them anymore so we bought her a little cheap alarm watch which she would ware around thinking she was special and when the alarm went of we taught her to come and say tabs mum and it worked we would give her her tablets them stop the alarm for some reason this worked she wore the watch from 2 and a half to 6 yrs and now she is remembering to ask for them before her older sister i would have never thought that this would work but hay give it a go add a novelty to tablet time for now. and good luck its a stubborn age.
