It's good to know it helped. I have to say you're lucky as you have a female endo. I found it so much easier to talk to my female one when i was younger; they just seem to understand our worries about 'female issues' more.

Well done for beginning the exercise as they say it's the hardest part(to start exercising that is:]).
My Easter was good thanks, although the fact that it snowed seemed a little strange!
I hope your appointment went well, remember never be afraid to ask questions to your endo as if they don't know your worries they will never be able to solve them!
