I have a 16 year old daughter that was diagnosed with congenal hyperplasia when OUr family doctor knowleged my daughter at age 7 was having symtom of early mature breast growth. Her incrinologist doctor put my daughter on 5mg cortef taken twice a day. Her crinologist had my daughter on this medication until the age of 12 years old with regular blood test every three months. He was more concerned that as she was growing that her bone would not stop growing and so as she grew al her breast did to. What was crazy was, while he measured her breaston ever every doctor visit. Her breast size increase as her weight climbed . She also has got msuicler pain and bone unexplain pain in her leggs. Which were check thorugh xrays. Unexplained pain along with unexplain breast continue to grow in size. which the invrinoogh explain , She needed to lose weaight. I always explained that she always was active child, climbing tree like a tom boy as I was the care giver of my daughter . Well balance dieit as well. The best I could do was make her more active throuhgt the YMCA. As she played baskit ball and was on the track team in school. She did complainded about pain now and then but was brouthg to be xrayed . With explaination, so I continued his treatment. Unitl of the Age of 14 years old I demanded for her breast to be examine. As I was very concern but the crinology comment were that she was abeast. I know she was on streiod. That in iit's self was the answer to the swelling but her BREAST! So the only specialize for her to see was a plasic surgery, For breast reduction which that I was told she was to return she was age 16 years old. Now daughter breast goning so large we has not only a weight problem but huge size of breast. She I think if they weighted then as her bra size she wants me to buy for her and not the correct size, as my daughter feels so uncomforatle becaseu of wieght. Her bra size is50 DD . Becasue the only help in this condition is plasic surgery. SHe now has to have! I just could understand to this point as I know how dangerous it to not take medicating as waht do you choose when you repently say to a incrinologist that is treating her . Is now calling hypertyoph and refers surgery. The crinologist has treated her for other conditions and their are not present in all blood test even her tyroid grand. Is there other patient with this going on with their daughter. EARLY PUBITY AS SHE WAS TALLER THEN HER CLASSMATE WHEN SHE WAS LITTLE EVEN THE BOYS IN HER CLASS. BUT SAHE GREW TO BE |ONLY 5 feet 2 inchs tall. WEighter 200 pound must muscluar as she is built staraight not other imformal then her breast size weight in their self. I hear about gental informalive. But not about breasts. Like me as a parent we had no choses when the this kind of condition. ALL IN ALL SHE IS A WELL AJUSTED CHILD AS SHE smart for her age, She is in the 11th grade and is taking college course. She is very active in her school.
