I was hoping I could get some input from others. Fortunatley my situation isn't too severe, but my after going to the dermotologist for acne, and then seening an endocrinologist, she has told be that she thinks I have NCAH. I had a nomal puberty, I have normal cycles everymonth, and for the post part feel pretty healthy. It's is the fact that I have had this acne, slight excess hair growth and just an overall fatigue. When she did the 17-Hydroxyprogesterone test, my level was at about 350, but everything other hormone level was normal. She said that the treatment was "my choice". I told her I'd like to go on the pill to see if it helps, so I am going to start Yasmine next week, but I am concerned as to whether or not I should be taking some type of hormone replacement or someother type of med.
