It could be that you are not on enough Cortef. Dex is a lot more potent and the dose is a lot smaller. You might try Proactive for your acne if it doesn't get better. Nothing else worked for my daughter. She was taking Cortef but not enough to keep her androgens levels down, which was the cause of her acne. Good luck!
