Sorry, I can't be of much help here. I would be concerned with a cortisol level that low. It seems like you would need more dex, not less, but maybe that is an indication of oversuppression, I'm not sure. I hope your dr will check it again soon to see if the reduced dose helps. Let us know what happens.
