Thank you for your response and info. It is helpful to know that the symptoms are more like PCOS than LOCAH. And yes I do use BCP, although I currently have an IUD instead and yes I also take iron. I will probably still get the tests just to rule it out, but thank you so much for your responses they have been very helpful. Thank you!
