First of all, I would get a copy of your lab work. If you post your actual results here, we may be able to tell more about what is happening. I don't want to alarm you, but if your symptoms are progressing rapidly and the levels are very high, they should look for an adrenal tumor. What are your periods like--heavy or light? If you have LOCAH, then usually you have low estrogen and high progesterone and depo might be a bad choice for you. You definately need to see a knowledgeable endo. Contact caresfoundation.org; they can help you locate a dr who knows about CAH. Good Luck!
Kat
