My daughters was diagnosed at age 7 with LOCAH. When she started her period at age 14 she had EXTREME abdominal pain and scans revealed huge cysts, thus diagnosing her with PCOS. Later she has had genetic testing which confirmed exactly what kind of LOCAH she has. Good luck with your testing!
