I can't be of much help to you but in my family my sister and I both have CAH. My sister has very large breasts and she is shorter than me - about (147 cms) 4'10". Whereas I am 157 cms (5'2") and have never had a large breast problem.
Something I heard mentioned the other day was that CAH will not fundamentally affect breast size in a treated patient - other than, the more weight one carries the breasts will tend to follow suit (as happens to anyone). This doctor said that breast size in a CAH person will reflect family inherited trends.
Obviously the shorter a person is, the more distressing it can be. Extremely large breasts can have health implications such as back problems, shoulder and neck pain etc. My sister has been told that she would be covered by medical insurance for a breast reduction because she has an underlying medical/genetic condition that affected her growth - in these cases it is not considered cosmetic surgery.
