I'm not under the illusion that this will alleviate any confusion, but have to mention that hot flashes are a symptom of my LOCAH - when I went on steroids they pretty much stopped. I'd started having them when I was 16, no menopause there.
But if your adrenals tested fine, you probably don't have LOCAH.
