Oh BTW,

At 16 (primary amenorrhea, save for some spotting) my cortisol level was 22 (in the afternoon). I was obese. This is the same lab work which showed the DHEAs 6+ and the tesosterone of 110.
It should also be mentioned my LH level was nearly twice as high as my FSH (which supports PCOS diagnosis). LH was like 11.4, and FSH was 6 or so.

At 23 (2 years secondary amenorrhea) My cortisol level was measured at 17 (this was in the AM). At the time, I weighed 112 lbs.  I did not have sex steroids drawn, although I am certain they are not excessive (I have no symptoms of androgen excess anymore). My FSH was 4.6 and my LH was 2.1. This was my most recent lab work, I am 24 now and weigh 120.

I don't know if that helps at all.

Basically, I am not sure if I have become amenorrhetic again because of low weight/low calorie intake (functional hypothalamic amenorrhea) or if it is possible that there is something else going on.

BTW, I have 2 sisters and a brother. My younger sister has many of my fertility symptoms (although, she does not have my weight problem). Her doctor diagnosed her with PCOS based on symptoms. Although it is possible she could have NCAH and not hyperinsulinemic/glucose intolerance related PCOS (as originally thought).

N.
