Yes, if you have 2 LOCAH genes, then your daughter would definitely be a carrier. There is a lot of debate about carriers with symptoms (which may be what my daughter is). In theory, carriers do not have symptoms, but there is evidence to the contrary. It may be that they can have a mild form of the disease, since their 17 ohp levels are lower than LOCAH, but higher than normal.
