My guess is that your results are ng/dl and that the dr called your results "very abnormal" just because they do show LOCAH, which many drs are only mildly familiar with and haven't really seen a lot. For LOCAH, your results are mild, but LOCAH itself is not diagnosed all that often. If your baseline was over 1000, they probably wouldn't have needed to do the stim test. If the baseline is over 200, then they do the stim test to see if it goes up over 1000 (some drs don't diagnose unless it goes over 1500).
