Hi there, I was just thinking she might have to have an exploratory laperoscopy. I used to have pain so bad that I would double up in a fetal position because I couldn't move. After a few years of that the doc finally suggested the scope. They found out that I had some scar tissue that had some of my organs twisted up, namely my uterus and bowels. They simply cut away the spiderweb looking scar tissue and I have been fine since. So one option would be to do that if all else fails. Good luck.
