Has she had a boneage done to determin how far advanced her growth is? She started her period already? Wow.
If she does not have anything abnormalities concerning her genitalia, she won't develop it later. There are 3 different kinds of CAH. There is saltwasting classic, nonsaltwasting simple virilizing classic and late onset. I'm not sure if your daughter would be considered late onset or maybe a case of simple virilizing considering how young she is.
