Pregnancy and Sickness
Jan. 14th, 2007   10:22am

Quick question:  I have had two pregnancies and with both my children I have been really ill the entire time.  No amount of nausea medication or hydration helps.  I believe it is because I do not produce enough cortisol and then add the stress of pregnancy, which depletes my cortisol even more, then I hit the bottom of the barrel.

Here are my questions:  (1)  Has anyone else been really ill with any of their pregnancies?  (2)  Has anyone continued their dexamethasone during their pregnancy or have they discussed this with their endo?

I will be discussing this with my own endo soon but I just wanted to hear what others had to say.  We are thinking of having one more but I was hoping to eliminate the whole 9 months of illness thing if there is any way:)  Thanks.

Carrie
