I'm curious what other people's results for cortisol looked like on their ACTH stim test. My daughter's baseline level was not high, but within the normal range (14.5), but according to the documentation that came with the cortosyn, it should go up above 18 (hers did) and up by 7 at 30 mins and double by 60 mins. Hers did not double and barely made it up by 7 (and probably really didn't because the nurse was LATE for the 30 minute draw!). I'm wondering if that response could be the reason for her fatigue.
